Start of Penn State vs. West Virginia second half delayed due to weather

The storms are moving in. As first predicted earlier this week, the weather in Morgantown will be taking a turn for the stormy side. Lightning has been spotted in the area, so the game has officially been delayed.

The Mountaineers are down by two scores headed into the second half and need to step up in multiple facets headed into the game. Hopefully the extended halftime will benefit the Mountaineers, similar to their strong burst following a weather delay against Duquesne last season.
