And after the game, he revealed thatpart of what was helping him play so hardwas the environment provided by the West Virginia fans inside Milan Puskar Stadium.

There's no doubt that Cam Cook lived up to expectations in his first game, and he'll be a critical piece of the offense going forward. And he nailed his take on the West Virginia crowd, which proved again why they're among the best fan bases in college football with a strong turnout for the game against Coastal Carolina.

It's clear West Virginia's crowd impressed Cook, and the voices in the stands will only get louder if he can continue to play at the level he did on Saturday, and the Mountaineers keep winning football games.
