The West Virginia Mountaineers are headed to the NCAA Baseball Tournament once again, and after being named one of the Top 16 seeds and NCAA Regional host sites on Sunday night, the team learned their full slate of Regional (and potential Super Regional) on Monday afternoon.
The full brackets were dropped on ESPN on Monday afternoon at Noon EST, and the Mountaineers have a tough road ahead of them if they are looking to make it to Omaha for their first-ever College World Series.

The Demon Deacons finished the season 38-19, but lost their last two games of the season. They will face the Wildcats in the first round, who enter after a posting a 31-21 record this season and finishing with three consecutive losses.
The regional is a double-elimination format, with the action kicking off on Friday, May 29. Wake Forest and Kentucky will play at Noon EST on ESPN2 to open the regional play, and the Mountaineers will battle Binghamton at 5 P.M. EST on ESPN+.
If the Mountaineers advance from their regional, they may have to face their toughest challenge yet in the Super Regional. They are paired against the Los Angeles Regional for the Super Regional Round, meaning if No. 1 overall seed UCLA advances as expected, the Mountaineers will have to face the top-seeded team in the tournament on a cross-country trip. The Bruins went 51-6 this season and are the Big 10 champions.
