The offseason - - and the rebuilding process that will accompany for West Virginia football -- is in full swing in Morgantown. Change is in the air.

Rich Rodriguez is now in charge of WVU football -- some players have hit the transfer portal, some are sticking around, and a number of players that were previously with different programs are visiting WVU and exploring whether or not the country roads might take them home.

This article will serve as the main hub to track which players have hit the portal and left the program, and which targets in the transfer portal have decided to join the program. Keep checking back, as we will keep things updated as more commits come in.
