West Virginia women's basketball reschedules first game on international tour
By Joseph Smith
West Virginia women’s basketball has hit a bit of a speed bump to kick off their international tour.
The Mountaineers embarked this week on a trip across Italy and Croatia, with a trio of international exhibition games scheduled to test the team’s prowess.
While the team was scheduled to compete today, July 31st, in their first of those three matchups, travel delays have forced the first game against Rome Selects to be rescheduled.
Now, the matchup with Rome Selects is scheduled for Thursday, August 1st. Action is slated to tip-off at 1 p.m. EST.
