Mitchell Solomon

The big guy for the Cowboys is Mitchell Solomon. He stands at 6-foot-9 and clocks in around 250 pounds. He is an athletic post player who gets blocks and rebounds as well as any player in the Big 12 Conference.

This season, Solomon has 80 rebounds, but what’s astonishing is that half of those are offensive boards. Solomon gives the Cowboys second-chance opportunities all game long, which will create a huge challenge for West Virginia’s defense.

Solomon hails from Bixby, Oklahoma and has been a hometown hero for the Cowboys the past four seasons.
