WVU Baseball: Mountaineers Headed to PNC Park May 10

The WVU baseball program shares their home field at Monongalia County Ballpark with the Pittsburgh Pirates Class A-affiliate.
After having their original March 22 match-up rained out, the Penn State Nittany Lions and West Virginia Mountaineers will finally square off – this time in the big leagues.
On Tuesday, May 9, the ‘Eers open up a two-game series with the Nittany Lions in Morgantown. The second game of the series will be in Pittsburgh a day later at PNC Park, home to the Pirates. The first pitch is scheduled for 7 p.m..
Next: Horned Frogs are Coming to Town
The Mountaineers are slated for a three-game series starting tonight with the No. 2 ranked team in the country, Big 12 opponent TCU. With a nice showing this weekend, WVU baseball could really turn some heads.
