Last Time Worn: October 20, 2012 vs Kansas State
Game Result: WVU got embarassed by Kansas State 55-14
Reasoning: To me, this is THE night game uniform for the Mountaineers. Outside of the embarassing and inexplicable loss to Kansas State, this uniform combination has a wealth of great victories associated with the uniform scheme.
The all-blue look makes the Mountaineers appear to be part of the night sky itself. The pops of gold really stand out in this configuration and the flying WV shines well in under the lights of Milan Puskar Stadium.
This combination may have been surplanted by the blue-gold-gold combination for big home night games, but this one is still the top dog in my eyes.
