Jordan Harrison and Sydney Shaw played a massive role in boosting the West Virginia Mountaineers to a Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament Championship on Sunday for the first time since 2017, and they've have been honored by the Big 12 for their incredible efforts over the course of the weekend.
Shortly after WVU women's basketball knocked off the TCU Horned Frogs on Sunday, the Big 12 Conference named both Harrison and Shaw to the Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament All-Tournament Team. In addition, Harrison was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Big 12 Women's Basketball Tournament.

Harrison had an enormous game for the Mountaineers on Sunday, scoring 21 points on 5-of-10 shooting and a perfect 10-of-10 from the free throw line while adding six rebounds, four assists, and three steals.
This huge effort followed up crucial performances for Harrison in the first two game of the weekend as well – in a narrow 48-47 win in the semifinals over Colorado, she notched 15 points, five rebounds, and four steals. The night before against Arizona State, she had 10 points, five assists, and three steals. Over the course of the tournament, she shot 15-of-32 from the field and a perfect 14-of-14 at the charity stripe.
Shaw, meanwhile, scored 19 points against Arizona State and 17 points against TCU, knocking down nine three-pointers over West Virginia's three game in the tournament. Both Harrison and Shaw are seniors, and their efforts to lift the Mountaineers to the Big 12 Tournament Championship and a likely host seed in the NCAA Tournament will cement their legacies in program history.
