WVU football is on a winning streak for the first time this season after a big win at home over the Colorado Buffaloes last weekend. Now, they'll have a chance to keep the momentum rolling into their final bye week with a shot at an injury-plagued Arizona State team. If you are hoping to keep up with the showdown between the Mountaineers and Sun Devils this weekend, here’s all the information you need to know.

The Basics: When And Where

The matchup with Arizona State is the sixth and final away game this season for West Virginia, and the fifth on the Big 12 slate – WVU is just 1-4 away from home this season, with the sole win coming two weeks ago at Houston. The game is set for Saturday, November 15 at Mountain America Stadium in Tempe, Arizona, with the game set to kick off at 1:00 PM EST.

TV, Streaming, and Radio

The WVU-Arizona State clash will be broadcast live on TNT and TruTV this weekend,, and can also be streamed online on HBO Max with a valid subscription – it is the second straight week fans can find the Mountaainners on these networks. The commentary duties will be handled once more by the TNT duo of J.B. Long and Mike Golic Jr. with Coy Wire handling sideline reporting duties. TNT also sent a production crew to Morgantown this past week for pregame coverage for Saturday's matchup.

An audio broadcast of the game will also be carried on all local Mountaineer Sports Network affiliates or The Varsity Network via web browser or smartphone app. Gameday coverage will start at 10:00 AM EST with the weekly Pregame Tailgate Show, and will then transition into standard pre-game coverage at Noon EST. Tony Caridi and Dwight Wallace once again handle commentary for the radio stream, with Jed Drenning reporting from the sideline.

Weather

The forecast for Tempe on gameday calls for a high temperature of 81 degrees and a low temperature of 61 degrees with mostly cloudy skies. There's just a 20 percent chance of precipitation on the day, with some light rain a possibility during the latter portion on the game. Temperatures will be around the mid-70s at kickoff, with wins at five miles per hour.

The West Virginia Mountaineers and Arizona State Sun Devils have played each other just twice over the course of their history. The Mountaineers are 1-1 against Arizona State, with the most recent matchup coming in the 2016 Cactus Bowl, where WVU won 43-42.
