Redshirt junior former Clemson wide receiver Troy Stellato is a transfer portal target for a number of schools, and he will soon be making a trip to Morgantown.

According to Pete Nakos of On3 Sports, Stellato will visit West Virginia football on January 5th. A four-star prospect in the Class of 2021, Stellato spent four years with the Tigers and hauled in 66 catches for 616 yards and 2 touchdowns over his stint at Clemson. He was originally offered by Neal Brown's staff at WVU, and chose Clemson over 31 other power conference offers -- including offers from Texas, Alabama, Georgia, Florida State, Michigan, Ohio State, Penn State, and Notre Dame.

Stellato made nine appearances with Clemson and earned five starts this past season, finishing his year with 25 catches for 264 yards and 1 touchdown. His season came to an early close due to a thumb-injury that put him out of commission entering a Week 13 clash with The Citadel, and it marks the third-season ending injury of his collegiate career. Stellato has two years of eligibility remaining.
