It's already been an exciting month in June for the West Virginia Mountaineers on the football recruiting trail, and Head Coach Rich Rodriguez and his staff are looking to keep the momentum up.
The Mountaineers have already put in the work to flip a pair of Class of 2026 commits in Noah Tishendorf and Antoine Sharp, snagging the latter from Big 12 foe UCF. But now, WVU football is working on stealing another prospect already committed to a familiar program.
Aaron Bradshaw, ranked a four-star prospect by Rivals, announced his verbal commitment to Texas Tech in April, but still appears to be making the rounds when it comes to his recruitment. He was in Morgantown from June 11-June 13 for an official visit. Bradshaw was offered by the Mountaineers' staff in January,

“West Virginia is a great place to be a football player and a great place to live," Bradshaw told Rivals. "A lot of upside to it. The biggest thing was just going to see it for myself,” he said.
Bradshaw, who attends North Crowley (TX) in Fort Worth, also praised Zac Alley's approach as a defensive coordinator, calling it an "aggressive defense" that "anyone can play in."
Bradshaw recently helped lead North Crowley to the 2024 Class 6A Division I Championship in Texas, recording 36 tackles, four interceptions, three pass breakups, and two forced fumbles on the season. 247Sports' scouting analyst Gabe Brooks describes Bradshaw as a "role-versatile back-seven defender."
"Plays with above average ball skills and downhill striking willingness. Runs the alleys and patrols the perimeter as a forward-oriented defender. Good functional athleticism in pads, but no verified speed markers," Brooks also wrote.
He has also made visits to Houston and TCU earlier this month, and plans on taking an official visit to Texas Tech later this month. But for now, it seems Crowley is leaving Morgantown with a good impression.
