Former Mountaineers find new homes

West Virginia has seen a large number of players hit the transfer portal, and a pair of tight ends that have left the program in Morgantown have found themselves new landing spots.

The other former WVU tight end to find a new home is Jackson Accuardi, who was a Class of 2025 signee who stuck with the program after Neal Brown's departure and enrolled early. He departed the program after spring ball, and is now headed down to the FCS level as he joins the roster at South Dakota.
