One former West Virginia Mountaineer is beginng to draw some attention to himself in the best possible way.

Javon Small, who spent the 2024-2025 season as the starting point guard for WVU, is currently one of 75 players competing in various drills and scrimmages at the NBA Draft Combine, which is being held this off-season from May 11th-May 18th in Chicago.

Small apparently drew quite eyeballs from scouts in attendance on Monday, as he managed to convert a stunning 46 consecutive three-point shots while showing off his shooting skills.

"46 straight 3s for West Virginia's Javon Small. Popular sleeper with NBA teams who has a lot of gain with a strong NBA Combine in Chicago this week," wrote Jonathan Givony of private scouting service Draft Express.

The nearly unbelievable, video game-esque shooting performance came on the same day that Small was projected as a late second-round selection in the upcoming NBA Draft by ESPN, who released their latest mock draft following the completion of Monday's NBA Draft Lottery.

Small had an incredible year during his lone season with the Mountaineers -- he transferred into Morgantown following a one-year stint at Oklahoma State, which followed a two-year stint with East Carolina.

WVU was Small's most productive stop yet, as he managed to lead the team in points per game and assists per game annd tied for the Big 12 scoring title. For his efforts, he was named an all-conference and All-American selection.
