West Virginia football welcomes crop of recruits for UT-Martin game

Which potential future Mountaineers are visiting Morgantown on Saturday?

It's time for Week 2 of the college football season, and for West Virginia, that mean's it's second consective home game of the year asthey host FCS opponent UT-Martinat MIlan Puskar Stadium on Saturday.

The Mountaineers enter favored by over 40 points, and that should create plenty of opportunities for West Virginia to put on a good show for those in attendance. Which is always important when you're welcoming high school recruits for a visit – and the Mountaineers will have several making the trip to Morgantown for the match-up.

Which recruits are coming to town for West Virginia vs. UT-Martin?

There will be three prospects in town that are a part of the Class of 2027, and all three of them are committed to the program. Let's take a look at their names below:

Rick Brown, LB – Bishop McDevitt (PA)

Luke Linder, TE – Whitefield Marietta (GA)

Mason Cerovac, LB – Olmstead Falls (OH)

That means a lot of focus will be on building connections with future prospects beyond the Class of 2027, as that's where most of Saturday's visitors come from. Eight 2028 prospects and one 2029 prospect will be in town for the game, including three in-state recruits. Let's take a look at those players below:
