West Virginia football retains key offensive line piece

West Virginia has gotten a public recommitment from a critical piece of their offensive line group as Landen Livingston, who served the backup center for WVU in 2024, announced on Twitter/X that he's staying in Morgantown.



Livingstone captioned a post with photos of him suited up for the Mountaineers with the word "home" on Sunday to indicate he'll remain at WVU. Livingston, who will be a redshirt junior with two seasons of eligibility remaining, as a Class of 2022 recruit for the Mountaineers who has appeared in 10 games during his time with the Mountaineers. After backing up Brandon Yates this past season, it is expected he'll be the presumed starting center in 2025. The news comes just days after WVU secured veteran offensive line coach Jack Bicknell Jr.
