Pat McAfee is set to have quite the busy fall.

In addition to his duties as the host of his daily talk show The Pat McAfee Show, as well his WWE obligations as a commentator for Monday Night Raw and certain premium live events, the former WVU and Indianapolis Colts star announced Wednesday that he will be returning to ESPN College Gameday this season as an on-screen analyst this fall.

McAfee got his start on the show from 2019-2020 as a contributor before returning in 2022 as a full-time analyst, a position which he has held since. As a college football player, McAfee suited up for four years with the Mountaineers from 2005-2008, where he was a four-year starter at kicker and a two-year starter at punter -- as a junior, he was a Lou Groza Award semifinalist and All-Big East selection, while he was named a Ray Guy Award Finalist and an All-American as a senior.

He spent eight years at the NFL level with Indianapolis, earning two Pro Bowl selections and garnering All-Pro honors in 2014. Since retiring in 2016, McAfee has turned himself into a household name as a sports analyst and WWE personality. How, if at all, his GameDay commitment will affect his daily show and WWE obligations in 2024 has yet to be announced, as it has resulted in a hiatus from WWE before.
