Atin Wright

As I mentioned earlier, Atin Wright had already entered the portal, he was the first to do so after the announcement of DeVries heading to West Virginia. The timing seems to make it seem like Wright wants to follow his former head coach.

Wright would be coming in as a Senior at West Virginia. the 6-foot-1 guard and it could be his third school in three years. Typically transferring three times in three years is not common, but with the transfer portal, it is seem more often than not.

In his one season with the Bulldogs, Wright started every game for DeVries and averaged 14.1 points per game 2.3 rebounds per game, and shot 45.8% from the floor and 40.6% from beyond the arc. Outside shooting was a problem for the Mountaineers this season and outside shooting other than Battle is something West Virginia desperately needs.
