If I had to pick one of the three of these to be broken, it would most definitely be this one. In general, single-game records are more doable than career percentages or totals today. But, when looking at this one, it's still definitely a tall, tall task.

Just to give you an idea of how tall, we'll refer back to current Chicago Bull and former Mountaineer Jevon Carter. The all-time steals leader and single-season steals leader at WVU, even Carter only managed to come up with 9 steals in a single game, coming against American College in 2018. Outside of that, you would have to go back to 1990-91 -- over a decade before Schifino played -- to find Mike Boyd come close to this number, when he also record 9 steals in a contest.
