One of the most significant issues for WVU has been their inability to make shots consistently, but on Tuesday, that was not an issue.

WVU made precisely half of their shots for the night, going 22-for-44. The Mountaineers also made exactly half of their three-pointers (10-for-20), tied for their highest season percentage.
And the free-throws? They were also a success as WVU made over 86 percent of their free throws.

West Virginia’s shooting success and the team synergy helped the Mountaineers end their month-long losing streak and defeat Iowa State. The Mountaineers will travel to Oklahoma to play Oklahoma State on Saturday at 2:00 pm.
