Five Oklahoma players West Virginia must look out for properly
Mark Andrews
The top receiver for Oklahoma isn’t actually a WR by position. He is Oklahoma’s tight end and the favorite target of Baker Mayfield. This season, Mark Andrews has 47 catches for 787 yards and five touchdowns.
What makes the Oklahoma offense so dynamic is that there are so many players on the field who can catch the ball and turn it up for more yards. Andrews is an inviting target for Mayfield because of his size at 6-foot-5, 254 pounds.
Andrews is a junior who has played in a majority of the Sooners’ games since he was a freshman. He has been named to the Big 12 first-team multiple times and is the third-best tight end in school history in receiving yards and eighth overall in touchdowns.
