Skylar Thompson

The quarterback situation at Kansas State is a little wonky these days. As many as three quarterbacks could see the field against West Virginia. Skylar Thompson will likely get the nod this week.

Thompson, a redshirt freshman, has seen the most action these past two weeks. Against Kansas, he was 4 of 6 passing for 40 yards. Against Texas Tech, his stats improved to 96 yards on 5 of 8 completions. Against West Virginia, it will be the first start of his young career.

Jesse Ertz and Alex Dalton would be the other two QB options. Dalton has seen the most time but his often injured.
