A team captain, Allen Lazard is a great representative for the Cyclones. He has seen the ups and downs of this program and he is a native of Iowa.

This season, Lazard has 39 catches for 477 yards to lead the team. He caught five touchdown passes and averages more than 12 yards per catch. At 6-foot-5, 222 pounds, Lazard is one of the most inviting targets on the team. Any quarterback in the conference would love to have him on their side.

In the big win against TCU, Lazard had 106 receiving yards. He had 108 yards to open the season against Northern Iowa and he has caught at least three passes in each game this season.
