2015, 30-6 WVU win

The last time ISU came to Morgantown, it couldn’t find the end zone. The Cyclones only made two field goals to get on the board. A defensive onslaught for the Mountaineers this time around would be ideal, too.

The WVU football team struck right away in this one with Skyler Howard hitting Shelton Gibson for a 60-yard touchdown pass early in the first quarter. Howard threw for 202 yards and 148 of those went to Gibson on six receptions.

Howard happened to be the leading rusher with 73 yards on the ground. The defense was led by Shaq Petteway who had eight tackles and 2.5 stops for a loss.
