Brandon Knapper is probably the most heralded player in this incoming class. It helps that he is a West Virginia native, so many WVU basketball fans have already feasted their eyes on this talented player.

However, it appears that Knapper may miss this entire season after recently undergoing surgery. Knapper attended South Charleston High School before enrolling Hargrave Military Academy last season. Knapper scored more than 18 points per game for Hargrave last season as the program averaged 114 points per contest.

Once he does see the court, he will be counted on to be a scoring threat for the Mountaineers.
