That includes one loss to the lowly Jayhawks, who have consistently been one of the worst football teams in the Big 12. Luckily, the WVU football team hasn’t stooped to the Jayhawks level. This upcoming match up will be the seventh meeting between these two teams, with West Virginia owning a 5-1 overall record. There’s mostly been dominant performances in this series. Hopefully for the Mountaineers, that will be the case this season too.
The WVU football team is looking like a 20-point favorite, according to multiple betting sites, and should have no problem covering that spread. Kansas is limping into this game back consecutive losses to Mid-American Conference teams Central Michigan and Ohio.
