5 ECU players may disrupt WVU football team

If the Mountaineers and quarterback Will Grier plan on throwing the ball more than 50 times, they may want to keep the passes away from Bobby Fulp. Against JMU, he had an interception.

He has had two other interceptions in his career with the Pirates, including one he returned for 24 yards a year ago. JMU contained Fulp after his interception last week, but he is quick and fast and could break away when he gets his hands on the ball.

Fulp is 6-foot-4 and has some big ‘ups’ to reach for toss ups. Grier had an important pass picked off in the first half against Virginia Tech. Grier can’t have that happen against the Pirates.
