Darius Pinnix

Dana Holgorsen and the WVU football team probably don’t have much film on Darius Pinnix. He is one of the youngest players on the Pirates roster. He appeared in his first collegiate game at running back against James Madison.

He only received three carries against the Dukes, but one of the carries went for a touchdown. He scored the first touchdown of the 2017 season on a six-yard run in the second half.

Pinnix isn’t the featured back for ECU, but he can be a secret weapon if the Mountaineers aren’t prepared for him. Look for Pinnix to get more carries against the WVU football team than he received against James Madison.
