A recent post by Saturday Blitz suggested the WVU football is guaranteed three victories in the 2017 college football season. Hail WV is going a step further than that.

It’s not as if Andrew Miller of Saturday Blitz was suggesting that the WVU football team would only win three games this season. Rather, the three games mentioned were sure-fire, lockdown victories for the Mountaineers.

In the story, Miller wrote that the WVU football team would beat East Carolina on Sept. 9, Texas Tech on Oct. 14 and Baylor on Oct. 21.

The WVU football team should earn convincing victories in those three contests. There are also three more games that the Mountaineers can guarantee victories. They are described in the next three slides.

But first, the WVU football team should be able to put up at least 100 points in those three games combined. That means scoring at least 34 points in those contests.

As the Mountaineers welcome East Carolina to open Milan Puskar Stadium for the home opener, the Pirates will leave with a 42-17 loss.

A month later, Texas Tech will come to Morgantown only to depart with a 35-28 defeat.

The following week after taking on the Red Raiders, the Mountaineers head to Waco, Texas to face a listless Baylor team who will face a 38-17 spanking.

Yes, those are confident predictions but they are a reality. The WVU football team won’t go undefeated this season, but they will certainly compete in each contests.

The next three guaranteed wins will look a lot like the first three, though. The next guaranteed victory is against Delaware State.
