The WVU baseball team is scheduled for a 2 p.m. showdown with the Maryland Terrapins today. Here’s how you can watch.

The Mountaineers’ Randy Mazey has coached his team to a 34-24 record and the No  2 seed in the Winston-Salem Region. The No. 3 seeded-Terrapins (37-21) are coached by John Szefc.

To the Mountaineer Maniacs, it’s the “second season.” To most in college baseball it’s simply the 2017 Division I Baseball Tournament.

It’s also the #RoadToOmaha, home to the culmination of the tournament – the College World Series.

Ivan Gonzalez, Kyle Davis, Cole Austin and Darius Hill have the top three batting averages (Austin and Hill both .303 hitters) and will need to amp up production to continue their journey. There’s always a chance Jackson Cramer can crank a home-run for the ‘Eers, too.

The starting pitcher has yet to be announced, but Isaiah Kearns and B.J. Myers are both possibilities.

First-pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. at David F. Couch Ballpark in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. To watch the game via the ESPN app, use this link. For audio streaming click here. And to follow along with the NCAA game-tracker, follow along here. Let’s Go!
