Big inside

With all that being said for Williams, the rest of the WVU big men will be key this month.

Elijah Macon, Nathan Adrian, Jonathan Holton and even Brandon Watkins need to assert themselves to gain an interior advantage over their opponents.

Against TCU, the Mountaineers played pretty evenly. They held a 36-32 rebounding advantage but both teams scored an even nine second chance points.

West Virginia scored 34 points in the paint, compared to 22 by the Horned Frogs. That kind of advantage needs to continue.
