West Virginia may not attract the top talent that teams like Alabama and Ohio State will get each year, but the WVU football program has held its own in the Big 12.

According to ESPN, the WVU football program was the No. 5 team in the Big 12 in recruiting for 2016. Nationally, the Mountaineers came in at No. 37 overall.

"“We had a successful day today,” said WVU coach Dana Holgorsen. “I know everyone across the country is probably saying the same thing. For the first time since I have been, there wasn’t any surprises. Usually, there are a handful of surprises. I was pretty excited by the job that our staff did.”"

Here’s a deeper look at the 10 high school players who sent in their paperwork to become Mountaineers on Wednesday.
