WEIGHT: 175 pounds

HOMETOWN: Panama City Beach, Fla.

HIGH SCHOOL: Reisterstown, Md.

RATING: 4-star/3-star

OTHER OFFERS: Maryland, Rutgers, Arizona, Boston College, Indiana, Pitt, Wake Forest

SKINNY: A high school teammate of fellow recruit Jacquez Adams, Simms enters WVU with high expectations. He comes in with the knowledge that Holgorsen has mentored a long line of successful wide receivers. He was certainly successful in high school with 43 receptions for 1,020 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior.
