OTHER OFFERS: Louisville, North Carolina, NC State, Virginia, Boston College, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest

SKINNY: Heavily offered by the ACC, McKoy chose to take his speed to the Big 12. He rushed for more than 2,000 yards as a senior and led his team to the state quarterfinals. ESPN regarded him as the No. 57 running back nationally. His speed is reminiscent of former Mountaineers Noel Devine and Tavon Austin.
