SKINNY: Tonkery, an in-state and legacy recruit for the Mountaineers, committed to the WVU football program over a year ago. His older brother, Wes, was a defensive standout for the Mountaineers in the late 2000s and Dylan can carry on that tradition. He already did in high school, leading Bridgeport to three state championships. He rushed for more than 3,000 yards on offense, while recording 72 career tackles in the secondary.
