The Sooners survived a a scare against rival Oklahoma State on Wednesday, but pulled out a 74-72 win.
Buddy Hield scored 26 points for the Sooners, who improved to 14-1 overall. But he committed 10 turnovers. The Mountaineers will have a field day pouncing on him Saturday.
