In four years as a starter at quarterback from 1952 to 1955, Fred Wyant went 30-4, with a Sugar Bowl appearance.
Statistically, Wyant put up 3,426 yards of total offense and 2,663 passing yards, with 20 passing touchdowns.
Wyant was a third round pick by the Washington Redskins and also played in the Canadian Football League.
