No. 17 James Jett

His last name made perfect sense. James Jett was one of the fastest Mountaineers of all-time, and also one of the fastest Americans of all-time.

He was an Olympic sprinter and won a gold medal in the 1992 Summer Olympic Games.

With WVU, he finished his career with 1,384 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns, with more than 3,000 all-purpose yards thanks to his prowess as a kick returner.

The Charles Town, W.Va. native played 10 seasons with the Oakland Raiders.
