No. 31 Noel Devine

Coming out of high school, Noel Devine was one of the most sought-after recruits in the country. Coming to West Virginia from Florida, Devine immediately made a name for himself as a complement in the running game as WVU earned a berth to the Fiesta Bowl.

In that game, he rattled off a 65-yard touchdown run which is the longest by a Mountaineer in bowl game history.

His 726 career rushing attempts are third in school history and he has 4,315 career rushing yards.

Devine was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles, but never played in the NFL. He has made appearances in the Canadian Football League and the defunct United Football League.
