Another speedster known for his prowess on kickoff returns, Shawn Terry played at WVU in the late 1990s.
As a junior, he led the Big East with a 26.7 punt return average.
In total kickoff return yardage, Terry has 1,747 yards and four touchdowns.
Briefly, he appeared on the Miami Dolphins practice team.
