No. 40 Marc Bulger

Marc Bulger was one of the top pure passers in WVU football history. In three years, he tossed for 7,444 yards and 54 touchdowns.

Bulger was originally drafted by the New Orleans Saints, but would make a name for himself in the pros with the St. Louis Rams.
