Forward Chris Brooks
His WVU career started favorably, but then regressed. Chris Brooks first saw action with the Mountaineers win the 1988 season when they won 26 games and made it to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. From there, WVU won just 16 games the next season and 17 in 1990.
But Brooks still had one more chance to salvage his senior year. The Mountaineers made it back to the ‘big dance’ winning 20 games in his senior campaign.
All told, Brooks scored 1,661 points for the Mountaineers, which is 11th all-time. Inside, he grabbed 755 career rebounds.
He finished his career on the Atlantic 10 First Team.
