West Virginia Football: Mark Glowinski drafted to the Seattle Seahawks
With the 134th pick in the fourth round of the NFL Draft, the Seattle Seahawks selected former West Virginia offensive lineman Mark Glowinski.
Glowinski showed a lot of progress during his final season at West Virginia. While he still has a lot work to do, with time and the right coaching, Glowinski has the ability to be a starting guard on this this Seahawk’s offensive line.
He has a lot of strength and probably excels more at run blocking than pass blocking. He will join another Mountaineer on the Seattle roster as Bruce Irvin has made noise ever since the Seahawks drafted him.
Another Mountaineer’s dream to play in the NFL was fulfilled today. More former West Virginia players remain as wide receiver Mario Alford, running back Dreamius Smith and defensive end Shaq Riddick are all still looking for homes on the NFL.
