Bob Huggins visits miners families

According to multiple news sources in West Virginia today, men’s basketball coach Bob Huggins was living up to his “Huggy Bear” nickname given to him by many Mountaineer fans. He took time out of his day to fly via helicopter (refer to above photo, courtsey of YardBarker.com) to Montcoal, WV to deliver homemade pasta and Mountaineer t-shirts to the families. He also visited with the families for an hour.

I know a lot of people told me that their respect for Coach Huggins increased during the Duke game when he consoled Da’Sean Butler on the court during his injury, but if your respect for him didn’t increase even more during this trying time for the Mountain State, you have a really tiny heart and should really seek some help.

Like I posted yesterday, the unfortunate count is 25 dead and 4 missing. Still surreal, and continue to keep these families and their friends in your thoughts and prayers.
