Kilicli OK After Injury Against Texas

Do not fret Mountianeer fans, Kilicli’s injury is just a flesh wound.

In the first half of the Mountaineers come from behind victory at Texas last night (57-53 in OT), Kilicli sustained a laceration just above his right eye brow. He had to come off the court for a bit, nursing the wound for a few minutes until he was cleared to return to the game.

As could be seen in the game, the injury was purely superficial, but Kilicli wanted to be sure to inform the worried fans at home that he was , in fact, just fine. At least that’s what we think he is saying:

“Btw eye brow is just fine I wish it was a little bigger cut I’m want that leonidas look!!!”- @deniz_monty

He certainly has the beard like Leonidas, but could stand to work on his spear tactics if he ever wants to be part of the Spartan phalanx.
