Barclay got his vengeance on Everson Griffen after last week’s whipping. Griffen rolled up three sacks last week against Barclay but was held to just one this week.

By keeping Rodgers clean, the Packers offensive line gave him plenty of time to find receivers. Rodger completed 23 of 33 passes for 250 yards and a touchdown.

The Packers in all, rolled up 326 yards against a gritty Vikings defense. Barclay and the rest of the offensive line can be credited for the win.

Next up for Barclay and the Packers is a trip out to San Francisco on Saturday at 8 PM (FOX)

This will be a rematch of the season opening match-up of these two teams. In that game, the Packers had to rely on the passing game as the 49ers held Green Bay to only 45 yards on the ground. The 49ers built a 23-7 lead in the third quarter and managed to hold off the Packers for a 30-22 victory.

The San Francisco defense is 4th against the run and 4th against the pass, giving up a total 295 yards per game. It is going to be a difficult task for the Packers to find yardage against the stiff 49ers defense. Barclay and the Packers offensive line certainly will have their hands full come Saturday.
