Don Barclay, Vikings at Packers Saturday 8:00 PM (NBC)
Big man Barclay has come on as of late for the Packers to become a constant force on the right side of the offensive line for the Packers.
In the last half of the season, Barclay came into the starting line-up to shore up pass protection for Aaron Rodgers and the move has paid off well, with the Packers winning 4 of their last 5 games.
The one loss though came yesterday against the Vikings. Barclay and the offensive line struggled against the Vikings pass rush, giving up 5 sacks. Of those sacks, 3 were credited to Everson Griffen, who typically lined up opposite of Barclay. Don will need to step up his game this week in Lambeau to keep Griffen from getting to Rodgers.
With the recent home playoff struggles of the Packers, Barclay will have to have a big game to give Rodgers ample time to move the offense down the field.
