With the college football season less than a week away, many West Virginia fans have been clamoring to find out when they can see their Mountaineers in the national spotlight. Well, good news WVU fans, the FOX schedule for nationally broadcast games has been inadvertantly leaked through Cox Media.
A quick glance of the schedule reveals that 9 Big 12 conference games will be nationally televised, 3 of them involving West Virginia. The games to be broadcast nationally are:
October 6: West Virginia at Texas 7 PM
October 20: Kansas State at West Virginia 7 PM
November 17: Oklahoma at West Virginia 7 PM
When you add these games to the Marshall game (September 1 at 12 PM on FX) and the Iowa State game (November 23 at 3:30 PM on ABC), that gives the Mountaineers 5 nationally televised games. This should make Mountaineer fans across the nation happy to hear, as they will not have to go to far to find their Mountaineers on television.
