Bill Stewart asked for dirt on Dana Holgorsen

So, last night, I decided it was wise for me to catch up on sleep. Totally forgot about the Colin Dunlap interview with 93.7 THE FAN (Pittsburgh radio station.)

In that interview, Mr. Dunlap dropped quite a bombshell (eh, maybe not so much… it’s for lack of a better term.)

According to Sports By Brooks, Dunlap said that Bill Stewart was asking for dirt on the scumbag (meaning, Dana Holgorsen.)

I’ve lifted the quotes directly from the site, and *gasp* I’m even citing him! Yes, this was courtesy of Sports By Brooks.

"“It was actually my birthday, December 18, it was the day he (Stewart) was going to the bowl game because I distinctly remember there was a coaches convention in Pittsburgh with high school coaches. He was (then) flying from Pittsburgh down to Orlando to the bowl game for pre-prep work … “” … He (Stewart) tried to flame-throw the guy (Holgorsen) in December by calling me and at least one other reporter because the reporter and I discussed it. He said, ‘can you get the word ’scumbag’ tattooed on the front of the sports page?’“‘(Stewart said) you need to dig up this dirt. You need to get it out on this guy.’ And I said, ‘hey man, I’m not a part of some witch hunt.’”“… If you want to go look at my cell phone records you can, I don’t need to hide from it. The conversation happened the day he (Stewart) was driving to the airport from the high school coaches convention in Pittsburgh. He was on his way to Orlando. (WVU assistant coach) Dave McMichael was in the car with him. The conversation happened.”"

Now, “let’s go to the (audio)tape!”

All I have to say is WOW. Who knew Bill Stewart was this vindictive? Maybe he’s smarter than we all give him credit for?

OK, ok, ok, I admit, I didn’t type that with a straight face… ya got me!

Bill Stewart needs to go, plain and simple. He’s now trying to take WVU down with him because he’s trying to heal a bruised ego.

In case I wasn’t clear, FIRE BILL STEWART!

And, we hope that Mr. Dunlap had a great birthday. Happy Belated Birthday, Colin!

Man I hope I did this entry right… I so totally want and the approval of the mainstream media folks!
